How do I book a call?
Send a hello to a guide. Once they accept, go to Home, select Choose a time and choose one of their available times.
My guide has not replied
Guides are volunteers. If there is no reply within one week, the hello closes and you may contact another guide.
The video link is not working
Tap The link is not working under the Join button. We will notify your guide immediately. If the call cannot take place, please choose another time.
How do I change my times or topics?
Select My profile, then Edit my profile.
Reporting a concern
Use Report a concern on the person's profile or your conversation. Our team reviews every report. In an emergency, call 999.
How do I delete my account?
Select Account at the bottom of any page.
